Book NowYes. Online therapy for stress can be just as effective as face-to-face sessions. In fact, because we have such busy lives, many people prefer the convenience that online therapy brings. Together, you and your therapist can identify the causes of your stress, explore how it makes you feel, and use different methods to develop coping strategies that work for you.
Everyone’s different, so there is no magic number. With methods like CBT, it can take between 10 and 20 sessions to really feel the benefit, but some people see improvements in less than this. However long it takes, we’re here for you.
There are no membership fees or minimum session limits, so if therapy isn’t helping you manage your stress, you can cancel at any time.
