I’m not here to “fix” you because you’re not broken. What I offer is a space where you can lay things down, breathe a little easier, and start making sense of what’s been weighing on you.
Life can be messy and overwhelming; sometimes we lose sight of who we are or push on until something inside says, “Enough.” In our sessions, we slow things down and focus on what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll find ways to move forward that feel genuine and sustainable.
I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity to my work. I’m not here with all the answers, think of me more as someone walking beside you, helping you notice patterns, untangle knots, and discover your own way through.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, addiction, and trauma. My approach is mainly psychodynamic, meaning we explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and relationships, often rooted in past experiences, to foster deeper self-understanding and lasting change. Therapy always moves at your pace, in a way that feels right for you.
Some clients come with a clear concern; others simply feel something isn’t quite right. Either way, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space to talk openly and begin moving forward.
I’m also trained in hypnotherapy, which can be integrated when helpful, especially for anxiety/habits/phobias, or building confidence.
