I work with people facing all kinds of challenges, including things like anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, self-esteem, addiction, or trauma. My approach is mainly psychodynamic, which means we’ll look at patterns in your thoughts, feelings and relationships - often rooted in past experiences - to help you understand yourself more deeply and make lasting changes. But I always work in a way that suits you, at your pace.
Some people come to therapy with a clear issue they want to explore. Others just know something isn’t quite right. Either way, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and start to move forward.
I’m also trained in hypnotherapy, which can be a useful extra tool when it feels appropriate, especially for things like anxiety, habits, phobias, or building confidence. It’s something we can integrate if it feels right for you.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy and wondering if it’s the right step, feel free to get in touch - I’m happy to answer any questions and help you decide what’s best for you.
