Anxiety can feel overwhelming, isolating and debilitating, seriously impacting the lives of those experiencing it. But you’re not alone, and managing anxiety is easier with help. Our fully qualified therapists offer compassionate, supportive online therapy to help you feel more in control.
Get started with therapy today
The effects of anxiety can be different for everyone, and no two people’s experiences are the same.
While some may notice more physical symptoms like tingling hands and feet, a shortness of breath, increased heart rate or a dry mouth, others may experience psychological effects like a feeling of fear, danger or panic, trouble sleeping, a lack of concentration, or fixating on a problem. It’s common for anxiety to cause a combination of both.
We understand that anxiety can severely impact your life, preventing you from doing the things you love, maintaining your relationships, making it hard to work or study, or causing conditions like low mood and depression.
Recognising the symptoms of anxiety is the first step in getting the help you deserve.
Online therapy for anxiety can be an effective, flexible and discreet way to help you manage your symptoms and feel better. Therapy is effective regardless of whether it’s done digitally or in person, and you can try different approaches such as CBT, guided self-help, person-centred or talking therapy to find what works for you.
Some people feel nervous or unable to undertake face-to-face sessions, but online therapy for anxiety allows you to talk to a fully qualified therapist at a time and place that suits you. For many, it removes the barriers and allows them to talk openly about their feelings and experiences, in a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space.
You can explore the underlying causes of your anxiety, identify certain triggers, look at situations in a new way, and develop a range of coping strategies to live the life you deserve.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and many of our patients find that a combination of anxiety therapies works for them. Why not book your first session today?

Hi, I’m Karen and I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on in your life - whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or just not yourself. I’m not here to “fix” you, because you’re not broken. What I offer is a space where you can lay things down, breathe a little easier, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. I know that life can feel messy and overwhelming — sometimes we lose sight of who we are, or we keep going until something inside says enough. In our sessions, we slow things down. We look at what really matters to you, and we find ways to move forward that feel authentic and doable. I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity to my work. Think of me less as someone with all the answers, and more as someone walking beside you, helping you notice the patterns, untangle the knots, and discover your own way through.
