Relationship issues can develop for a range of reasons. Sometimes, external pressures and life stresses can strain even the healthiest of relationships. Other times, mental health or physical health problems, financial concerns or communication issues can contribute.
While many relationships have ups and downs, dealing with problems can be difficult, especially if you live together and have a family. Many people find that their home, their comfortable space, no longer feels like it. They may feel like they have to walk on eggshells to avoid arguments, develop feelings of resentment or anger, or perhaps that they can’t find the words to communicate their emotions.
Either way, relationship problems can make people feel stressed, depressed and anxious, suffer from low self-esteem, or turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms. You may even experience physical symptoms like tension, headaches, trouble sleeping or stomach problems.
Online therapy for relationship issues can be an effective way of understanding your feelings and the impact they’re having on your life. It’s flexible and is a safe way to feel more in control of your relationship and mental health.
A range of different therapies can be effective to help you approach and resolve your relationship issues, but person-centred therapy or psychotherapy are both good places to start. You’ll be given the time and space to understand how you feel, explore the causes and effects, and help you navigate the situation. Relationship therapy can also help you see other points of view and realise how your words or actions can be felt by your partner.
Our compassionate and understanding therapists will work with you to explore your experiences safely and discreetly at a time that suits you. There are no membership fees, and you can stop whenever you like.

Book NowNo. Couples therapy involves both of you attending a therapy session at the same time and discussing your problems with your therapist. It can be incredibly effective, but some people also want to explore their feelings on their own. Our online relationship therapy sessions will be just you and our trained therapist, at a time that suits you, and everything is completely confidential.
We can’t promise any specific outcome from your therapy. But we can promise you a safe, understanding and non-judgmental space to explore your feelings, help you feel better and allow you to get the results you want.
You can have as many sessions as you want or need to work through your relationship issues. There is no right amount as it will depend on the nature of your relationship and your feelings, but you’ll never be rushed. You and your therapist will work through your experiences at your own pace.
Online therapy isn’t for everyone, and that’s ok. There are no membership fees or minimum session limits, and you can cancel at any time.
