I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I can use different models of therapy tailored specifically to each client, for example person centred therapy or CBT.
I see people with many types of problems, often these issues can become overwhelming, which is where therapy can help. I do specialise in areas of major life changes, separations, career changes, bereavement and loss, any changes in life that bring about feelings of loss or uncertainty.
I work with all my clients to help empower them to achieve their goals, whatever that might be, you know yourself better than anyone and more than you might actually realise, my role is to help you find your way though. I try to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step into therapy can take courage, I am here to help you through that journey.
