I believe kindness, gentleness and encouragement of self awareness help the process of recovery.
I work with a variety of people who present with many different mental health concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, issues with self esteem and have a particular interest in major life changes including bereavement and loss. I have plenty of experience working with teenagers, students and adults . I offer both short and long term therapy, whichever is most appropriate
I offer a non judgmental safe space to allow people to explore their emotions.
