I am a qualified psychotherapist who is passionate about talking therapies and how they can help mild to moderate mental health concerns and I am a strongly empathic listener. I use the psychodynamic model of therapy as a journey with goals, using tasks and methods along the way. I believe kindness, gentleness and encouragement of self-awareness help the process of recovery.
I work with a variety of people who present with many different mental health concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, issues with self-esteem and have a particular interest in major life changes including bereavement and loss. I have plenty of experience working with teenagers, students and adults. I offer both short and long-term therapy, whichever is most appropriate.
I offer a non-judgmental safe space to allow people to explore their emotions.
