My practice is rooted in a client-centred approach, and I bring extensive experience working with individuals across a range of settings, including schools, adult educational institutions, and with clients navigating workplace-related challenges. I am committed to creating safe, supportive spaces that foster personal growth and emotional well-being. Self care is also a key component to how I work.
