About me

I previously worked in the Fire & Rescue Service as a firefighter. Following injuries that ended this career I retrained, gaining over a decade of experience working alongside the NHS and charity mental health services. These experiences led me to retrain, becoming an Integrative Psycho therapeutic Counsellor.
This means that in therapy I blend CBT, Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and trauma-informed approaches and many other techniques because no two people heal the same way.
Counselling with me isn’t prescriptive, this certainly isn’t about me telling you how to live. Instead, working together we create a path that feels right for you, helping you to develop, and overcome your issues together.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, past trauma, or seeking change, I offer warmth, expertise and a plan that moves at your pace to create an environment where you can feel individual, listened to and free from any judgement.

Working with me you can expect to:

• Understanding the "why" behind your struggles
• Practical strategies to shift unhelpful patterns
• Collaborative healing—you set the pace, I provide the safe space and the opportunity to find you ideal future, your way.

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone.
