I am an Accredited Pluralistic counsellor. This involves me using several theoretical techniques. These include person-centred counselling, psychodynamic therapy, and CBT. I aim to provide my clients with a warm, respectful, safe, nonjudgmental space in which they will feel listened to. I believe counselling is beneficial to everyone. Everyone needs to feel listened to, supported and validated by another person.
